Return Policy for Fine Art Purchases
At ZachSliveKeiss.com / Slive Studios we take immense pride in offering a curated collection of original fine art, limited edition prints, & exclusive pieces. Due to the unique nature of each artwork, & the fact that many pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order, we have implemented a strict No Return Policy on all original artwork, which includes original painting, sculptures & interactive pieces, to ensure the integrity of both our offerings & the buying experience
However, for items such as prints, shirts, stickers or pins, we may consider a reproduction of that specific numbered item if damage documented upon arrival.
In which case, we will correspond.
By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge & agree to the following terms:
1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All sales are final upon completion of the transaction. Once an order is placed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons such as changes of mind, dissatisfaction with color, size, or fit, or variations in appearance due to differences in monitor settings.
2. Condition of Artwork upon Receipt
We take exceptional care in packaging & shipping to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. However, should your artwork arrive damaged due to shipping or handling, please immediately notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis & may offer a resolution, such as an exchange or a credit toward a future purchase, contingent upon the condition of the artwork & the circumstances of the damage.
3. Custom/ Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom commissions & made-to-order artworks are considered final sale once production begins. These works are created specifically to your preferences, & as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces.
4. Inspection Upon Arrival
We strongly encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect their purchase immediately upon arrival. Any concerns regarding damage, defects, or discrepancies from the order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this time frame will render the sale final and the artwork non-returnable.
5. Shipping & Handling Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the artwork is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will bear the full cost of re-shipping the item.
6. Color and Size Variations
While we strive to accurately represent each artwork’s color & size, please be aware that slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the inherent differences in printing techniques, materials, and lighting conditions. These variations are not grounds for a return
7. Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints are final sale & non-returnable once purchased. We ensure that all prints are delivered with authenticity certificates, which must be kept in good condition as part of the artwork’s provenance.
8. No Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or returns based on changes in the artwork’s price after purchase. The price at the time of purchase is final.
9. Special Circumstances
In rare cases where a return or exchange may be considered, such as in the event of a manufacturing defect or clerical error, we reserve the right to assess the situation on an individual basis. Any resolution offered will be at our sole discretion & may not involve a return of the original artwork.
10. Agreement to Terms
